Purpose:

Hazardous waste incinerator is a widely used incineration equipment in the international industrial waste treatment field, with a market share of over 80% in the field of industrial incineration waste. It is also recommended as an incinerator type in the national industrial waste treatment technology policy issued by the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Environmental Protection Administration of China. It can simultaneously or separately incinerate various hazardous waste solids, liquids, semi-solid colloids, and salt residues.

Structural features:

1. It can simultaneously incinerate solid waste, liquids, colloids, and gases, and has strong adaptability to incineration materials.

2. The waste is evenly stirred and advanced, with three heat transfer methods coexisting in one furnace, resulting in high heat utilization efficiency.

3. Has strong adaptability to waste, with low requirements for waste shape and moisture content.

4. The residence time of up to one hour and the high temperature of 850 ℃ in the rotary kiln cause the hazardous waste to be basically burned out. The retention time in the secondary chamber is as long as 2 seconds, which not only burns the garbage completely, but also controls and destroys the working area of dioxins from the source.

5. Automatic feeding, automatic ash discharge, unique sealing measures, good furnace negative pressure, ensure that harmful gases do not leak out, and the combustion efficiency reaches over 99.9%.

6. Combining patented technology, the traditional secondary combustion chamber is evolved into a secondary combustion furnace (high-temperature grate technology), which improves the combustion rate of ash and slag and enhances the incineration rate of the rotary furnace.

7. The high utilization rate of thermal energy recovery is achieved through the use of activated carbon adsorption and double bag dust removal technology, which fully meets the standards for dioxin emissions.

8. The equipment has a high operating rate, with an annual operating rate of over 99%. It is easy to operate and maintain, and can be used for medium to large capacities (10t-400t/d)

9. Equipped with a comprehensive exhaust treatment system, it fully complies with national environmental protection requirements.

Process characteristics:

1. It combines all the advantages of a rotary kiln incinerator and has achieved better results in enhancing heat exchange (chain evaporator) and ash burnout rate (high-temperature grate technology);

2. The waste is first dried, pyrolyzed, ignited, oxidized and decomposed, and cooled in the rotary kiln. 75% of the incineration rate is completed here, while 25% is burned off in the later stage combination equipment.

3. The system is equipped with a dedicated enhanced heat exchange device (chain evaporator), which overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient contact between air and waste in traditional rotary kilns, resulting in poor heat transfer and combustion efficiency of waste, and can also prevent slagging problems in the kiln;

4. The combination of the secondary combustion chamber and the rotary grate furnace (high-temperature grate technology) fully supplements oxygen combustion of the ash entering the secondary combustion chamber, resulting in a high ash burnout rate and a temperature of around 1150 ℃, completely suppressing harmful substances such as dioxins.
